This role primarily operates in a remote environment, allowing for flexible working arrangements while maintaining strong communication with clients and the clinical team. As part of our school services, you will collaborate closely with educators and administrators to provide comprehensive support to students. • Conduct intake assessments for new clients to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality mental health therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Offer case management services to connect clients with local resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards to maintain compliance with regulations affecting clinical practice.
• Serve as a point of contact with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization processes and payment issues.
• Document client progress and treatment interventions in a timely manner, utilizing practice management software for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, providing additional support during high-demand periods or when team members are unavailable.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of mental health resources and foster connections within the community.

This role primarily focuses on children, adolescents, and their families within an educational setting, addressing various psychological and emotional issues. You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics, aiming to foster resilience and promote mental wellness.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and school personnel.
• Proven ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients while providing compassionate care.
• Experience managing and documenting clinical services efficiently and in accordance with established standards.

• Previous experience working in a school setting or with child and adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes pertinent to mental health services.
• Background in crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in service delivery.

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
