• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, ensuring an accurate understanding of each client's mental health status to inform treatment plans.

• Develop customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), aligning interventions with individual client needs and preferences.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for patients.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health, coping strategies, and available community resources, fostering an empowered approach to well-being.

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises, you will engage with a diverse spectrum of patients, each facing their unique mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of practice experience in a clinical setting, specializing in psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy frameworks, especially solution-focused interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering solid therapeutic alliances with clients.
