Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Delaware
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote counseling and clinical support to clients throughout Delaware. In this position, you'll meet with clients virtually, identify their needs, develop treatment goals, and support their progress through evidence-informed care. The role allows you to continue meaningful one-on-one client work while delivering professional care through telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote individual therapy services
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
  • Help clients build coping strategies and problem-solving skills
  • Review client progress and update treatment direction as needed
  • Keep accurate records in compliance with clinical standards

Requirements

  • Active Delaware LCSW license required
