Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Relationship Behavioral Health Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their counseling needs.
  • Utilizing DSM criteria to assess substance abuse diagnoses and establishing appropriate levels of care according to ASAM standards.
  • Collaborating on the development and refinement of individualized treatment plans that incorporate substance abuse counseling.
  • Creating and implementing discharge and continuum care plans that guide clients into appropriate follow-up treatments.
