• Serve as a primary liaison with families and outpatient providers, ensuring coordinated care and support tailored to each client's needs.
• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification and utilization reviews, ensuring seamless access to necessary services for clients.
• Contribute to discharge and aftercare planning, guiding clients through transitional phases of their care journey.
• Facilitate therapeutic meal support sessions, utilizing these interactions to model healthy relationships with food and body image.
• Provide empathetic, affirming, and culturally competent care that acknowledges and addresses each client’s intersecting identities.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to older adults, many of whom face unique challenges related to their mental health. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing a solid theoretical background in social work practices.
