Core Responsibilities

  • Litigation Management: Draft discovery requests, motions, and pleadings for attorney review; electronically file documents across various court systems.
  • Strategic Scheduling: Manage complex attorney calendars, including depositions, expert witness meetings, and court deadlines.
  • Client Advocacy: Provide clear, empathetic updates to clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the litigation process.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate with outside counsel (probate/estate) and consultants to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Quality Control: High-level proofreading of legal documents to ensure the firm’s standard of excellence is maintained.
