• Act as a crucial liaison between students, families, and outpatient providers, facilitating communication to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Interact with insurance companies to manage pre-certifications and utilization reviews, ensuring that our clients receive the necessary services without delay.
• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, tailoring resources and follow-up care to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, guiding clients in establishing a healthy relationship with food while addressing underlying psychological factors.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care, accounting for the unique circumstances and intersecting identities of each client, including cultural and social backgrounds.

This role primarily focuses on working with school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You will be instrumental in developing individualized treatment plans that prioritize the holistic well-being of your clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources for their mental health and educational needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated experience working with older adults and a strong understanding of age-related psychosocial issues.
• Proficient clinical and diagnostic skills, equipped to assess and intervene in complex mental health scenarios.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team atmosphere, adapting to the evolving needs of our client population.

• Previous experience in a school setting or with youth mental health services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
