• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Decision Review Process (CDRP) or Treatment Team to present treatment plans, ensuring they meet the standards and receive timely recommendations and revisions.
• Participate actively in clinical case conferences, contributing insights and updates relevant to client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Facilitate educational workshops focused on addiction and chemical dependence, enhancing community awareness and understanding.
• Provide individual and group counseling services tailored to clients working through chemical dependency issues, utilizing best practice techniques.
• Deliver family and multi-family therapy sessions as needed, supporting relationships and structures vital to clients' recovery journeys.
• Offer comprehensive case management services, including resource and referral coordination, to ensure clients access additional support systems.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. Your contributions will not only impact individual client outcomes but also influence the overall health of the community. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field, equipping you with the necessary theoretical and practical foundation.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington State is mandatory to practice in this capacity.
• A minimum of two years of relevant supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy is required, ensuring that you possess hands-on skills to address clients' needs effectively.

• Experience with integrated behavioral health programs, delivering services in both individual and group settings.
• Utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation and case management.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to substance use and mental health treatment.
