This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through one-on-one and group therapy sessions in a safe and supportive space.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to the specific mental health concerns of each client, promoting recovery and resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving specific therapeutic goals, ensuring that all interventions are culturally sensitive.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress while maintaining a focus on their safety and security.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, adhering to all state and federal regulations regarding privacy and record-keeping.
• Actively participate in case review meetings with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health counseling.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the unique opportunity to support clients from different cultural backgrounds, understanding their specific experiences and challenges. • A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure.
• A proven track record of providing effective counseling services to diverse individuals, families, and groups in both therapy and crisis intervention settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with the capability to work autonomously or as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms for therapy delivery, including video conferencing tools and electronic health record systems.
• Training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in crisis intervention and dealing with high-risk populations, providing immediate and effective solutions under pressure.

Active Mind Healthcare and Psychiatry offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
