A Full Time Kaiser RN is a registered nurse who works full time at a Kaiser Permanente facility. These nurses provide patient care, administer medications, coordinate with healthcare teams, and educate patients about health management. What are some common challenges faced by Full Time Kaiser RNs, and how can new hires best adapt to the workflow?
