Type: Full-time, remote, non-exempt role.

This is a high-performance, high-impact sales role with a real earnings upside. Our top sales reps earn $80k+. It's also a role with a defined arc: most sales representatives build a strong 12–24 month run here, hone elite outbound sales skills, and move on with a verifiable performance record and a resume that opens doors. Focus: Outbound Sales Cold Calling: Enroll utility customers through high-volume outbound sales calls. You will hear "no" frequently; elite sales reps here use that as fuel to find the "yes."

Schedule: 40 hours/week. A minimum of 30 hours will be dedicated to active sales calling during local program hours (9 AM – 7:30 PM PT | 9 AM – 7:00 PM CT/ET).

• Performance-Oriented: You have 1+ years in a quota-driven, persuasion-based role - sales, fundraising, canvassing, or similar. You know your numbers and aren't shy about sharing them. Outbound B2C phone sales or fundraising experience strongly preferred.
• Resilient Communicator: You have natural phone presence, proactively handle objections competently and confidently, and sustain energy, empathy, and call quality from the first call through call attempt #80 and beyond..
• Coachable & Consistent: You implement feedback between sessions - not weeks later. You protect your calling hours, track your own performance, and show up ready to improve.
• Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: You maintain accurate documentation, easily navigate multiple screens and apps, and are comfortable with Google applications, softphone dialers, and team communication platforms (Slack).
• Values-Driven: You're genuinely motivated by environmental impact and can connect program benefits to what customers actually care about.

• Performance Standards: Meet or exceed sales performance KPIs with a consistent average of 55+ dials per hour and steady growth in sales conversion rates. Meet or exceed specified outreach hours, call quality (sales call compliance reviews ≥ 99%), and professionalism performance measures.
• Navigate Barriers: Confidently address customer concerns and overcome objections by using our sales response framework–connecting program benefits to customer needs to drive enrollments.
• Professional Resiliency: Maintain a positive, compliant, professional presence throughout every interaction - including challenging calls.
• Commit to Growth: Engage fully in paid training, coaching, and quality reviews. Be ready to discuss your own metrics at every 1:1.

• Competitive Pay: On target earnings of $68-$70k annually earned through $23-$24/hr starting base pay (DOE/Location) plus a monthly sales bonus structure with high earning potential (top Sales Representatives earn over $80k)
