Part-Time Business Analyst

A client of ours is looking for a Part-Time Business Analyst with experience in Concur and/or Expensify to support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new expense management platform. They are looking for someone who can assess the capabilities of Concur versus Expensify, recommend the solution that best aligns with business needs, and assist with the configuration and deployment of the chosen platform. This individual may also be responsible for developing and delivering end-user training following implementation. Candidates with direct implementation experience are encouraged to apply, as well as those who have served as advanced users or subject matter experts with extensive knowledge of either platform. This is a part-time opportunity approximately 10 hours per week and is 100% remote.


Responsibilities of Part-Time Business Analyst

  • Evaluate Concur and Expensify platforms and provide recommendations based on business requirements
  • Gather and document expense management process requirements
  • Analyze current expense reimbursement workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with vendor selection and implementation planning
  • Configure the selected expense management platform to support business needs
  • Develop testing plans and support user acceptance testing
  • Create process documentation and training materials
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the new platform
  • Provide ongoing recommendations to optimize expense reimbursement processes


Skills/Qualifications of Part-Time Business Analyst
