• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client sessions to determine presenting problems, personal history, and goals for therapy.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual clients, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and narrative therapy.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans, collaboratively setting objectives with clients to ensure alignment with their therapeutic journey.
• Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adjusting the approach based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and legal regulations while delivering care, guaranteeing a safe space for all clients.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in the clinic’s electronic health record system to align with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and conferences, to stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in social work.
• Foster and maintain a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients, encouraging an open dialogue that supports growth and self-exploration.

In this position, you will engage with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship dynamics and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical skills with a minimum of two years of experience, particularly in a therapeutic setting.
• Adept in assessment, treatment planning, and the execution of clinical interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or outpatient mental health setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions.
