Job description

Position Overview
The Information Technology Department is currently seeking a Salesforce Architect. The successful candidate will spearhead our efforts to adapt and utilize Salesforce, providing support to our business operations. This role involves responsibility for a broad range of critical applications built on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Architect will also oversee the performance and operation of the Salesforce Development team, providing management, leadership, and mentorship.

9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in the overall Salesforce architecture, application design and development of the system.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities.
  • Has to architect solutions on Salesforce that are secure, scalable, and meet the business requirements.
  • Ensuring that the solution, and all customizations to the platform meet best practices.
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product.
  • Knowledgeable on all Salesforce offerings, sales cloud, service cloud, force.com, etc.
  • Design documentation and best practice methodologies
  • Create & deliver, in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Visualforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) and J2EE technologies.
  • Has deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity Healthcare Industry
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce integration using MuleSoft
  • Overseeing the delivery of the architect solution
  • Organize the process for successful project delivery to the end users.
  • Plan and manage the application deployment using Gearset and Azure CD/CI pipeline.
  • Review Salesforce capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within Salesforce.
  • Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required.
  • Oversee programming development and testing of interfaces according to the specifications.
  • Help with on-going application maintenance.
  • Mentor team members to use best practice and new technology needs
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline; and
  • 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design of information systems, 2 years of which must have been in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Minimum Salesforce Certified:
  • o Advanced Administrator
  • o Service Cloud Consultant
  • o Platform App Builder
  • o Omnistudio Consultant
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to observe trends and able to make suggestions based on the results
  • Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate / illustrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
  • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
  • Experience in full cycle programming. (Experience with managing deployment of Salesforce and Omnistudio solutions across environments)
