P&T Mental and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT). • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, all delivered via secure virtual platforms.
• Engage in an ongoing collaborative process with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously assessing progress while adapting strategies as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions, offering and receiving feedback to enhance personal practice and contribute to team learning.

Our clients are diverse, coming from various cultural, socioeconomic, and clinical backgrounds. You will provide care for individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will be integral in supporting adults, children, and families as they navigate their unique challenges, promoting resilience and emotional well-being.

• A valid and current license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and culturally competent approach to therapy that recognizes and respects clients’ individual experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and session documentation remotely.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record management.
• Previous experience in a community health or outpatient mental health setting.

• Competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
