P&T Mental and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT). Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, all delivered via secure virtual platforms.
  • Engage in an ongoing collaborative process with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously assessing progress while adapting strategies as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
  • Document all therapy sessions and client interactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions, offering and receiving feedback to enhance personal practice and contribute to team learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and culturally competent approach to therapy that recognizes and respects clients’ individual experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and session documentation remotely.
