In this remote role, you will work closely with school-based teams and families, utilizing technology to provide timely support. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that tailored interventions are put into play.
• Regularly monitor and assess the progress of children, adjusting strategies as required for optimal outcomes.
• Provide educational and emotional support to families, equipping them with effective strategies to enhance their child's development.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to draft and recommend personalized intervention plans.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to cultivate a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work practice.

You will primarily work with children aged birth to three years who may be facing developmental delays or disabilities. • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel when required.
• Proficient in utilizing diverse educational methodologies to cater to the unique learning styles of children.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills necessary to manage a caseload effectively.
