• Establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients to foster a trusting, safe environment conducive to healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches as necessary to suit differing client needs and developmental stages.
• Regularly evaluate and document client progress, making modifications to treatment plans to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to refer clients for specialty services when required, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in therapy and client engagement.

Our patient population ranges from children to adults facing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience offering individual and group therapy, with a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities are essential for effective workload management and administrative tasks.

• Experience working in a community health setting or clinic environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth systems and electronic health records to enhance service delivery.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in CBT, DBT, or other therapeutic modalities.
