To thrive as a Remote Union Representative, you need extensive knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining, and worker advocacy, usually backed by experience in union work or labor relations. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and document management systems is essential for remote communications and negotiations. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills set outstanding representatives apart in virtual environments. These competencies ensure effective representation of members' interests, seamless remote operations, and strong union solidarity despite geographic distance.
A Remote Union job is a position that allows employees to work from a location outside of a traditional office while still being part of a labor union. These jobs provide the benefits of union representation, such as collective bargaining, job security, and workplace protections, while offering the flexibility of remote work. growing client base, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team and serve working families. Sales experience is
valued but not required.
The Job:
-Setting up appointments to meet with our clients virtually to activate their requested benefits package
-Conducting meetings via Zoom with our existing clientele to review and update their current benefits
-Maintaining quality control
-Building client base and relationships
