Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Provide individual and group therapy, applying diverse therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities as necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously while adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain client confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and resources for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops and training to stay current with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is a must.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills, along with a genuine commitment to client wellness.
• Able to work independently and also collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong adherence to ethical practices and professional standards in mental health service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, though candidates with extensive training and volunteer experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote work protocols is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, alongside a sign-on bonus to new team members.
