Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique goals and challenges.
  • Provide individual and group therapy, applying diverse therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities as necessary.
  • Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously while adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and resources for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
