The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
- Explain permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
- Guide clients through enrollment and benefit understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- 1+ years of sales is an asset, admin, or client-facing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
