About the Role:

As a Solution Architect at XTIUM, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, designing and delivering advanced solutions that align with our customers' strategic business goals. Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect innovative, scalable, and secure technical solutions that align with customer business objectives across XTIUM's core service offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client business models, technical needs, and growth goals, delivering enablement strategies that improve win rates, revenue, and technical certifications.
  • Engage directly with customers to build trusted relationships, identify business challenges, and develop tailored solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Create detailed Quotes and Statements of Work (SOWs) that effectively translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Lead customer proof of concepts (POCs) and lab demonstrations to validate solutions and showcase XTIUM's technical capabilities.
  • Analyze and optimize technical solutions to address both current and future business opportunities, ensuring scalability and long-term value.
  • Assist sales teams in identifying competitive threats and craft messaging that highlights XTIUM's unique value proposition and differentiation.
  • Train internal teams on delivering impactful product demonstrations and utilizing demo environments to support sales efforts.
  • Partner with other internal teams and technology vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent communication with sales teams and customers to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, driving additional value for customers and revenue growth for XTIUM.
  • Report on performance and accomplishments through regular weekly and quarterly updates to leadership.
  • Represent XTIUM as a technical expert in customer engagements, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within the IT managed services industry.
  • Deep technical expertise in XTIUM's core service areas, including Cloud Solutions (DaaS, IaaS, Azure), Unified Communications (VOIP), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Managed Network Services, and Managed Security Services (MDR, XDR, EDR).
  • Proven ability to architect and design complex, scalable IT solutions that align with customer business goals.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, security frameworks, networking, and cloud computing models.
  • Demonstrated success in translating technical concepts into business value through compelling proposals, SOWs, and solution presentations.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with a focus on building trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales teams.
  • Proven experience leading proof of concepts (POCs) and delivering technical demonstrations to customers.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, VMware VCP).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000/base salary plus additional variable compensation. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. We offer a competitive benefits package with Med/Dental/FSA/401(k)/Flexible Paid Time Off.
