Job description

Job Summary:
This hybrid role seeks a senior architect with ten to fourteen years of experience to design and guide complex governance risk and compliance platforms that unify application migration, analytics, and enterprise risk workflows. The architect will craft scalable solutions using ServiceNow risk modules, SAS risk engines, and SAP GRC capabilities to help clients strengthen resilience and regulatory confidence.
Responsibilities
  • Drive end to end application migration architectures that ensure secure transitions while protecting data integrity and minimizing disruption to critical governance risk and compliance operations
  • Design integrated governance risk and compliance solutions that align with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory obligations while supporting consistent risk policies across diverse business units
  • Develop robust reporting and analytics blueprints that transform risk and control data into actionable insights for risk reduction, compliance optimization, and strategic decision support
  • Coordinate migration of reporting platforms and data sources to modern analytics stacks that improve performance, data quality, and transparency for enterprise risk dashboards Architect scalable ServiceNow risk management configurations that standardize risk registers, control libraries, and issue workflows to enhance visibility of enterprise risks
  • Define and configure SAS risk management solutions that deliver advanced risk calculations, scenario analysis, and model based insights for credit market and operational risk portfolios
  • Shape SAP GRC risk management architectures that align access controls, process controls, and risk assessments with enterprise compliance objectives and audit readiness
  • Lead end to end governance risk and compliance implementation and integration efforts that connect ServiceNow SAS and SAP GRC platforms with core business systems and identity platforms
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate risk policies and regulatory requirements into practical technical designs that enable consistent enforcement and monitoring
  • Establish architecture standards patterns and reference models that guide delivery teams in building secure resilient and maintainable governance risk and compliance solutions
  • Oversee non functional requirements such as performance scalability security and resilience to ensure risk platforms meet enterprise expectations and audit constraints
  • Mentor project teams in best practices for risk data modeling workflow orchestration and integration patterns so solutions remain adaptable to evolving regulations and business growth
  • Document solution architectures migration roadmaps and operational guidelines so support teams can sustain governance risk and compliance platforms with predictable performance

Certifications Required
Certified ServiceNow Risk and Compliance specialist or equivalent, plus SAS risk certification or SAP GRC professional credential preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000 - $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
