  • Support commissioning, turn-up, migration, and maintenance activities for active network environments.
  • Identify and resolve fiber-related issues while maintaining service continuity in mission-critical facilities.

  • Train and mentor junior technicians on fiber splicing techniques, testing procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with customer standards, quality requirements, and company safety programs.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance windows, including occasional night, weekend, and holiday work when required.

What You Will Need:

  • Strong understanding of single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, fiber schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Experience using OTDRs, power meters, light sources, iOLM platforms, and fiber certification equipment.
  • Ability to perceive color differences for fiber identification and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and project documentation tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and customer-specific site requirements.
