New Business Development - Hospital & Healthcare Systems - Commission-Based - Remote

Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding its national healthcare business-development team and is seeking experienced Business Development Professionals who know how to open doors, build relationships, and secure new business with hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and healthcare organizations.

This is a 100% remote, 100% commission-based opportunity for a driven professional who understands healthcare sales and enjoys generating new business through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic account development.

What You'll Do

• Identify hospitals, health systems, medical groups, specialty practices, and healthcare organizations with current or anticipated staffing needs.
• Conduct proactive cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other business-development activities.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, including:
  • Hospital and Health System Executives
  • Chief Nursing Officers
  • HR and Talent Acquisition Leaders
  • Physician Recruitment Leaders
  • Directors of Nursing
  • Department Administrators
  • Practice and Medical Group Leaders

• Generate new client accounts and secure healthcare staffing opportunities.
• Present TrHN's permanent-placement and healthcare workforce solutions.
• Partner with TrHN recruiters to identify and present qualified healthcare professionals.
• Maintain detailed client, prospect, contact, and activity notes in Greenhouse ATS/CRM.
• Manage relationships throughout the business-development and placement process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective healthcare clients.
• Develop long-term relationships that result in repeat business and multiple job orders.
