Bottke Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and records management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and business information while ensuring records remain organized, complete, and confidential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update patient, appointment, billing, and administrative information in company systems.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and databases.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Verify information and correct data entry errors when identified.
  • Organize and maintain digital documents and records.
  • Assist with processing forms, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Track and update information related to appointments, patient records, and office activities.
  • Respond to internal requests for data and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
