Master of Emotion, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will provide a range of therapeutic services including group therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and individualized counseling for adults, adolescents, and children. You will engage with various stakeholders through technology platforms, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual needs and goals.
• Deliver engaging and effective psychotherapy sessions, including group therapy for families and children, utilizing techniques such as psychoeducation and guided discussion.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, their families, and essential support networks to ensure comprehensive care. This involves liaising with schools, childcare providers, and other professionals involved in the client’s life.
• Incorporate Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) principles to support diverse client backgrounds.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews of documentation to uphold best practices and maintain licensure requirements.
• Manage a balanced caseload effectively, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up on sessions using electronic medical records.
• Facilitate program-based group sessions focusing on specific topics related to child and adolescent development and mental health.
• Provide or coordinate case management services to establish multi-systemic support for families and children in need.

You will engage with a wide spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of developmental needs and the ability to tailor treatment modalities accordingly. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects and enhances the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

• An independent license to practice as a clinical social worker (LCSW), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records and familiarity with digital communication tools, essential for effective service delivery.
• Exceptional typing and documentation skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and client tracking.

• Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload and working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated passion for mental health and commitment to enhancing the lives of those you serve.
• Experience in trauma-informed treatment approaches and working with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.
