• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and apply your specialized knowledge to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver age-appropriate psychotherapy tailored to diverse client populations, addressing mental health disorders through evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate dynamic psychotherapy groups for children, teens, families, and multi-family groups, incorporating psychoeducation, discussions, and therapeutic exercises into sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with agency policies and electronic medical records.
• Collaborate actively with clients' families and external support networks, ensuring coordinated care through effective communication with schools, childcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Integrate principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services into all therapeutic interactions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to stay current with best practices in clinical care.
• Engage in regular supervision and quality assurance processes to uphold clinical standards and personal growth goals.

Your expertise will directly impact a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your holistic approach will not only support adults but also provide crucial developmental guidance for children and adolescents, assisting them in overcoming obstacles and achieving mental well-being.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited university.
• An independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state you are residing in.
• Strong proficiency in using electronic medical records for documentation and communication.
• Exceptional typing and computer skills, with fluency in Windows applications and email communication.
• Ability to manage a robust caseload effectively, demonstrating organizational skills and a passion for behavioral health.

• Experience working within outpatient mental health settings, with a focus on diverse populations.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and engagement with best practice methodologies.
• Experience with group facilitation techniques and family therapy approaches.
