This full-time remote position allows you to provide vital mental health support through family therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy for a diverse client base, including adults, children, and teenagers. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide or coordinate case management services, ensuring multi-systemic support for children and families.

  • Integrate principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into your clinical practice to enhance client interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain licensure and implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Engage in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews of client documentation, aiming for professional growth through monthly individual or group supervision sessions.
  • Share your specialized knowledge and experiences with the treatment team to enhance collective practices and approaches.
  • Tailor your service delivery to meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents, ensuring that therapy methods are suitable for their age and circumstances.

Qualifications
