Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct mental health services including screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of mental health disorders, along with the development of tailored treatment plans.
  • Conduct age-appropriate psychotherapy sessions both individually and in group settings, ensuring that the approaches resonate with a diverse client demographic.
  • Facilitate engaging psychotherapy groups for children, adolescents, and families, employing psychoeducational methods to foster discussion and support.

  • Incorporate principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into all practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through required training and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain licensure and enhance treatment methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied clientele that includes adults, children, and adolescents facing an array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Your role will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support that empowers these individuals and families to improve their mental health and navigate life’s complexities.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.
  • An independent license to practice in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • Strong proficiency in electronic medical record systems, including documentation and client management processes.
