Thoughtful Wellbeing Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position intended for licensed professionals including LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to diverse clients, including children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on trauma-informed and culturally competent care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders while developing tailored treatment plans that prioritize individual client needs.
  • Provide direct and age-appropriate psychotherapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues, and maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records systems.
  • Conduct psychotherapy groups for multi-family and individual clients using evidence-based practices, psychoeducation, and engagement strategies to foster supportive environments.
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions and quality assurance reviews of clinical documentation, accumulating at least 2 hours of supervision per month.
  • Collaborate effectively with families and support networks including educational and child welfare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
  • Incorporate Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Cultural and Linguistic Appropriate Services (CLAS) principles into all aspects of therapy and client interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and enhance treatment methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
