In this role, you’ll provide inbound customer support, help desk assistance, technical troubleshooting, and back-office processing. You’ll also make outbound calls to coordinate with vendors and partners, ensuring smooth service delivery.

This is an entry-level position with paid training. No prior call center experience is required just bring your reliability, communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
