Our client is VC-backed who is building the all-in-one DeFi application unifying spot, perpetuals, staking, and yield across Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, and 100+ chains. With CEX-like speed, AI-driven guidance, and full self-custody, they are on a mission to become the only DeFi app users will ever need. Backed by integrations with leading protocols, including 1inch, LI.FI, deBridge, 0x, and more, the team is scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional engineering talent to join at a pivotal stage.

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Fully Remote (you can be based anywhere in the world) Full-Stack Engineer who will take ownership of core product features from day one. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role working directly alongside the founding team to build consumer-grade interfaces that integrate seamlessly with DeFi protocols, aggregators, and crypto APIs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is energised by the opportunity to shape a product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development across both frontend and backend, delivering features end-to-end.

  • Architect and build integrations with leading DeFi protocols, DEX aggregators, cross-chain bridges, and data providers.

  • Develop polished, performant user interfaces using Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS.

  • Design and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript), PostgreSQL, Redis, and WebSockets.

  • Operate with a high degree of independence, proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing with urgency.

  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to define technical direction and product strategy.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in crypto/Web3 development (DEXs, wallets, aggregators, DeFi protocols), or demonstrable exceptional aptitude with strong proof of capability.

  • Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS for building intuitive, high-quality interfaces.

  • Solid backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL—writing clean, secure, and scalable code.

  • Proven track record of integrating with crypto APIs, DeFi protocols, and third-party aggregators.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

  • Startup mindset: self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to deliver results at pace.

  • High intellectual curiosity and a relentless drive for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with account abstraction (ERC-7702 smart wallets).

  • Deep understanding of DEX/AMM mechanics, bridges, and liquidity management.
