Rundoo is on a mission to revolutionize the building materials supply industry with cutting-edge software. They partner with local hardware stores and independent supply shops, providing them with best-in-class technology to replace outdated systems. With $18M in funding from leading investors like Bessemer and CRV, Rundoo is rapidly growing and aims to modernize this $1T industry.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will make significant individual contributions to software used heavily by clients. You'll introduce abstractions and systems to improve team velocity, raise the bar for engineering quality, and mentor teammates. Working closely with product and design teams, you'll collectively define what is built.

The role requires 3+ years of software engineering experience with TypeScript and React. Familiarity with construction or building materials is a plus. The position is located in Redwood City, CA, requiring a couple of days a week in the office. Rundoo offers full medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k, unlimited PTO, and other benefits.

  • Make significant individual contributions that get used instantly & heavily by our clients
  • Leverage orthogonal expertise to introduce abstractions and systems that improve the team's velocity
  • Raise the bar for engineering quality by setting and enforcing standards
  • Mentor teammates to help them grow as architects & engineers
  • Work closely with product & design teammates and our clients to collectively define what we're building
Requirements

  • Excited to work at least a couple days a week in-person at our office in Redwood City
  • Worked as a software engineer for 3+ years
  • Written production software with TypeScript & React
  • Worked in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with construction or building materials
