Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological status, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, utilizing tools such as video conferencing and online scheduling software to ensure a fluid client experience.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and constructive feedback that aligns with their progress and treatment aims.
• Employ a range of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches, to effectively address various mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring timely input of session notes and treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on diverse client populations facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will engage with clients from varying backgrounds, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that fosters trust and encourages open dialogue about their experiences.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates who hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients in a virtual setting, adapting to their individual preferences and needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage therapy schedules and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Express empathy, compassion, and understanding in managing complex emotional landscapes presented by clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for utilizing innovative approaches to engage clients.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, and sensitivity to issues related to cultural, social, and economic factors affecting mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus to newly hired licensed therapists.
