Revitalize the Body and Mind Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health needs and challenges.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals, using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions while also providing couples and family counseling as needed, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution among participants.
  • Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance the quality of comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to better serve our clients.
  • Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in your practice, ensuring that clients' confidentiality and rights are protected at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach and professional expertise will guide clients through their mental health journey, providing essential support and tools for lasting change.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
  • Active licensing as a mental health therapist in Illinois, including LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client records and documentation efficiently.
  • A strong background in evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
