Job description

We are a law firm located in West LA, seeking an associate attorney with experience in trusts & estate planning and probate administration. Corresponding experience in limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, real estate, and transactional matters will be advantageous. An ideal candidate will be someone with 5+ years of experience. LLM in taxation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
-draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, trust administration documents, and probate proceeding documents;
-meet with clients regarding same and effectively communicate to clients;
-supervise staff, work with others, and perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications:
-LLM in taxation preferred;
-Certified Specialist in taxation or trust/probate law preferred;
-strong analytical and problem solving skills;
-confidence to meet and work with clients and effectively communicate solutions to same;
-excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-ability to work with others
-salary and benefits commensurate with experience
