Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations, gathering detailed information for effective triage and care planning.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams through regular meetings and documentation, ensuring seamless communication regarding treatment strategies and client progress.
• Utilize knowledge and skills to cater to the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across all age groups.
• Manage and coordinate case management duties for assigned patients, engaging with hospital and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
• Document all interventions and client progress clearly and promptly, adhering to departmental policies to ensure ethical practice.
• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide patients and families in developing their personalized service plans.

Qualifications

• A valid license as either an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week based on availability.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is essential, highlighting your ability to provide quality care and support.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working in an outpatient setting with a diverse client base. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly CBT, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
