• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and needs, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual objectives.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via teletherapy, applying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring that therapy is accessible and effective.
• Establish and track therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on progress and feedback.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to refine therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in mental health.

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. By utilizing a trauma-informed care approach, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotional challenges, fostering a safe space for healing and personal growth.

• A current, state-issued license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teletherapy and those who have a strong background in providing mental health services in an outpatient setting. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to integrate technology into therapeutic practices is a plus.

Tree of Life offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and caseload.
