Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee a large portfolio of concurrent technology projects within a fast-paced managed services environment. This role will serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, technical teams, and leadership while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously, thrives in a high-volume environment, and possesses a strong understanding of MSP operations. This individual must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 15-20+ concurrent technology projects across multiple clients and industries.
  • Lead project planning activities, kickoff meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate engineers, technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and documentation.
  • Oversee client onboarding initiatives, infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and security-focused projects.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and resource constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and project transparency.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and implementation records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience supporting IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or managed services initiatives.
  • Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience required.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage a high volume of concurrent projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience leading projects involving:
