Job description

Who we are

Harvest Hosts is a high-growth RV travel technology company and the largest private RV camping network in North America. We manage a portfolio of well-established brands across North America and Europe, offering a comprehensive suite of products designed to streamline and elevate the RV travel experience.

Our portfolio includes:

  • Harvest Hosts – offering unique overnight stays at wineries, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, museums, and other small businesses across North America
  • Boondockers Welcome – a community-driven platform connecting RVers with private property hosts
  • Escapees RV Club – one of the largest and most established RV clubs, offering resources, education, and community for all RVers
  • Brit Stops – a UK and Ireland-based membership connecting motorhomers with small businesses that allow overnight stopovers
  • CampScanner – an alert service to book sold-out campgrounds

The company’s mission is to advance the technology and accessibility of the RVing and campground industry, making it easier than ever to travel while supporting national parks, local small businesses, and communities.

What this role supports

Harvest Hosts is expanding its B2B presence across RV dealerships, industry partnerships, and event sponsorships to drive growth and strengthen our footprint within the RV industry. This role supports that expansion by executing marketing campaigns, developing sales and partnership enablement assets, and coordinating the delivery of advertising assets.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile specialist to support B2B marketing and customer success initiatives across dealerships, partnerships, and sponsorships. This full-time, fully remote position is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends creative marketing with strong project management and operational support.

The role centers on campaign execution, asset development, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, playing a key part in turning B2B strategy into scalable, high-quality execution across the organization.

The ideal candidate is collaborative and a strong marketer. If you’re energized by both the creative and organizational sides of marketing, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on partner experience and the growth of our brand.

What you'll do

  • Plan, draft, and execute B2B marketing campaigns for prospective and active dealerships, partnerships, and sponsorships, collaborating with the Sales and Events teams to deliver multi-channel initiatives across email, landing pages, webinars, direct mail, and targeted 1:1 outreach to support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and maintain a master inventory of sellable marketing assets, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and fulfillment across B2B programs.
  • Support partner and dealership onboarding by creating internal training materials, coordinating cross-functional activation of package assets, and supporting partners during onboarding
  • Own ongoing management of the Commercial Directory, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, and assist with HubSpot CRM maintenance, including data cleanliness, list management, and lead generation support.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B or digital marketing, with a demonstrated portfolio of campaign and asset execution.
  • Comfortable communicating with external partners, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and design work using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organization and project management abilities (experience with Asana a plus).
  • Proficiency in marketing fundamentals, data skills (Excel / Google Sheets), and familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot CRM (strongly preferred).

What we bring to the table
Harvest Hosts is a remote-first company with team members located across the United States and Europe. Compensation will be based on experience but will range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus eligible bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, parental leave, 401(k) with employer match, and most of all, a fun and mission-driven work environment.

Remote work applicants must be based in the United States and may not work from the following states: CA, HI or AK.

Harvest Hosts appreciates your interest in our company as a place of employment. It is Harvest Hosts policy to provide equal opportunity for employment to all qualified employees and applicants, regardless of race, religion, religious affiliation, ancestry, citizenship status, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, gender identity, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal law. This policy applies to all areas of employment, including recruitment, placement, training, transfer, promotion, termination, pay, and other forms of compensation and benefits. Harvest Hosts will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals.
