Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at a remote Community Health Clinic based in Reno, Nevada. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the wellbeing of children and families through specialized early intervention services. Key Responsibilities

Your role as an LCSW will involve a variety of essential functions, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored approaches to each child's unique circumstances.
  • Monitoring outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing feedback to adapt and improve interventions.
  • Providing support to families, offering tools and resources to foster their childโ€™s development and address individual circumstances.
  • Engaging in ongoing communication with families to develop rapport, ensuring a supportive environment conducive to learning and growth.
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance therapy sessions and interventions.
  • Compiling and maintaining compliant documentation in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. By addressing key developmental milestones in areas such as cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skills, you will play a crucial role in helping young children reach their potential during the critical early years of development.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver's license for travel to client homes when needed.
  • Demonstrated confidence in adapting intervention strategies to accommodate various learning styles and developmental needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with families and team members.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

  • At least one year of experience working in early intervention settings, collaborating closely with children and their families.
  • A commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
