Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical expertise to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate emotional healing and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, respecting confidentiality protocols while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your thorough documentation practices are crucial for tracking client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to provide holistic care. By sharing insights and strategies, you will enhance the overall treatment experience for your clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, which will not only improve our service delivery but also support your continuous professional development through shared learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with clients who are facing substance use issues alongside co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Your ability to create a supportive environment will be vital for fostering trust and openness, allowing clients to confront and navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Missouri, reflecting your professional credentials and commitment to ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
