Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.
  • Assess clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans based on their unique situations and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to enhance their therapeutic journey.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective support and show empathy, fostering a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our team, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy through previous roles, internships, or volunteer opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using technology for remote client sessions, with a comfort level in navigating various online platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport and effectively engaging with clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, promoting a culture of shared support and learning.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a teletherapy setting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to assist clients in immediate distress.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
