Independent Sales and Lead Generation Representative - Remote - USA

Pushcam Solution LLC

Chicago, IL • Remote

$25K - $100K/yr

Contractor

This job post has expired today. Applications are no longer accepted.

Job description

Independent Sales & Lead Generation Representative

100% Remote - US Candidates Only - Any Location

Independent Contractor | 25% Commission on Profits | Flexible Schedule

Pushcam Solution LLC is seeking a motivated, creative, and self-driven Independent Sales & Lead Generation Representative to help us acquire new clients for our software development services.

This is a fully remote, commission-only independent contractor position offering substantial freedom and flexibility. There is no required schedule or location. You determine how, when, and where you prospect.

Your primary responsibility is simple: find potential clients, generate qualified opportunities, and schedule meetings with Pushcam management. Our management team will handle technical discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

About Pushcam Solution LLC:

Pushcam Solution LLC is a US-based software development company working with an experienced development team based in India.

We provide customized technology solutions for businesses, including:

  • Custom software development
  • Mobile app development
  • Web application development
  • Website development and design
  • UI/UX design
  • Software testing and QA
  • AI-powered applications and automation

We work with businesses that need new software built, existing applications improved, or technology solutions designed around their specific needs.

The Role:

As an Independent Sales & Lead Generation Representative, your primary focus will be finding potential clients and creating qualified sales opportunities for our management team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching businesses that may need software development or technology services
  • Identifying potential clients and decision-makers
  • Developing creative approaches to generate leads
  • Contacting and engaging prospective clients
  • Qualifying potential opportunities
  • Scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and Pushcam management
  • Following up with prospects as appropriate
  • Developing and experimenting with different prospecting and lead-generation strategies
  • Maintaining basic records of leads and opportunities

You will not be responsible for closing the sale or managing the technical aspects of projects. Once you generate a qualified opportunity and schedule a meeting, Pushcam management will take over the sales process.

Compensation:

25% commission on profits.

You will receive 25% of the profits generated from clients you acquire for Pushcam Solution LLC.

Commission is calculated after the developers working on the project have been paid and applicable transaction or transfer fees have been deducted, such as credit card processing fees.

For example, if a client project generates $10,000 in revenue and $4,000 in developer costs and applicable transaction fees, the remaining $6,000 represents the profit used to calculate the commission. A 25% commission would therefore be $1,500.

Commission on Future Work:

Your commission opportunity does not necessarily end with the client's first project.

If you acquire a client who continues to do business with Pushcam, you will remain eligible for the 25% commission on profits from future projects and services provided to that client, subject to the terms of the independent contractor agreement.

This provides an opportunity to build a long-term recurring income stream by bringing valuable clients to Pushcam.

Commission eligibility for any additional business or referrals generated through an acquired client will be determined by Pushcam on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

This is a commission-only position. There is no salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation at the start of the engagement.

There is no cap on commission earnings.

Potential for a Salaried Position:

Based on performance, successful client acquisition, and the development of a consistent and valuable sales pipeline, this independent contractor position may develop into a salaried position with Pushcam Solution LLC.

Any transition to a salaried position would be discussed and determined based on individual performance, results, and the company's business needs. A salaried position is not guaranteed.

Flexibility, Independence & Expenses:

This position offers substantial freedom and autonomy:

  • 100% remote
  • US candidates only
  • Flexible schedule
  • Part-time or full-time availability
  • Work from wherever you choose
  • Determine your own prospecting methods
  • No rigid daily schedule
  • No requirement to make a specific number of calls each day
  • Focus on results rather than hours worked

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for determining how you perform your work and managing your own schedule and working methods.

Pushcam Solution LLC will reimburse reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in connection with your work, provided that the expense is approved by management in advance. Approved expenses may include prospecting, marketing, communication, travel, or other legitimate business-related expenses.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Persistent and comfortable with prospecting
  • Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers
  • Able to identify potential business opportunities
  • Results-oriented
  • Comfortable experimenting with different approaches to lead generation
  • Interested in technology and business development
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation

Highly Desirable Experience:

The following experience is strongly preferred:

  • Previous experience working as an independent sales representative
  • Previous commission-based sales experience
  • Experience generating your own leads and building a sales pipeline
  • Experience selling IT, software, SaaS, web development, mobile app development, or other technology services
  • A strong understanding of how businesses purchase technology services
  • Existing relationships or networks within the business or technology community

Previous experience in software or IT sales is highly desirable, but we are more interested in your ability to independently identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, and generate qualified leads than in a specific educational background.

Who This Opportunity May Be Right For:

This opportunity may be a good fit for:

  • Experienced independent sales representatives
  • Technology sales professionals
  • IT sales professionals
  • Lead generation specialists
  • Business development professionals
  • Freelance salespeople
  • Entrepreneurs and self-starters
  • Sales professionals looking for a flexible additional income opportunity

If you don't need to be told what to do every day, enjoy finding creative ways to reach potential clients, and are motivated by the opportunity to build substantial commission income, we'd like to hear from you.

How to Apply:

Please provide a brief description of your sales or lead-generation experience, including any experience selling IT, software, SaaS, web development, mobile app development, or other technology services.

If you have previously worked as an independent salesperson or commission-based representative, please describe your experience and the types of clients you have successfully acquired.
