The Sales Solutions Specialist I role empowers our real estate agents and employees by delivering training and support on essential company tools and programs. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the ideal candidate is a developing communicator and trainer who delivers engaging content that drives user adoption and proficiency while building expertise across our sales solutions. By supporting our sales solutions and collaborating across departments, this individual will help maximize productivity and contribute to operational excellence.

- Curriculum Development and Delivery: Deliver training programs (self-paced and instructor-led) for real estate agents and employees and assist in their development.
- Content Creation and Management: Create and maintain training materials using established templates and standards.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Upload, update, and maintain content within the LMS.
- Workshop Delivery: Deliver established agent-centric workshops to enhance performance and maximize tool utilization.
- Transition Support: Process all agent and employee transitions into sales solutions programs and tools, including onboarding, termination, and changes.
- Specialized training support: provide support and training for assigned onboarding.
- AI content improvement: continuously learn and apply AI tools to improve day-to-day processes.
- Training Evaluation and Improvement: Collect feedback and assist in analyzing it to improve training effectiveness.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Build and maintain working knowledge of sales solutions programs and tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate program upgrades and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Change Management Implementation: Support change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new programs and tools.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for agents and employees, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Assist with vendor relationships to support agent productivity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments for training on tool upgrades and new implementations.
- Industry and Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in training and development.
QualificationsEquivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
- One to three (1-3) years of related work experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace programs, and content development tools such as Loom or equivalent applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Ability to effectively use internal and external resources to achieve objectives.
- Commitment to professionalism and ethical behavior; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience using AI tools preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will not supervise employees.
Licenses and Certifications
- Instructional Design certification or Training certification is preferred.
- Real estate license or experience desired.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a hybrid (in-office and remote) work setting.
*Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.*
Travel
Limited travel to various worksites is required.
Pay Transparency
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $45,400.00 - $100,900.00
This position is eligible for an organizational performance based annual bonus, subject to board discretion and approval.
