Company Description
Entrust Government Solutions has an immediate need for a Requirements Analyst who has DoD Systems Engineering Acquisition Lifecycle and DoD Instruction 5000 knowledge experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation of DoD 5000 and ISO 9001 guidelines and process improvement methods at the operational level to improve effectiveness, increase efficiency and quality. This responsibility encompasses requirements management for all aspects of the systems engineering development life cycle including requirements engineering, gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of custom solutions. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support when necessary.
You must also have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working with technical and non-technical team members, clients, and management.
Job Description
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint Office 365 solutions, sandbox solutions, and apps.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy visual web parts, custom workflows, InfoPath forms, MS Office integration components, page templates, branding customizations, and web services.
  • Mentor others on best practices, design patterns, and use of server-side and client-side object models for building solutions on the SharePoint platform or that integrate with the SharePoint platform.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support dashboards, KPIs, and other Business Intelligence solutions using Excel Services that pull data from SharePoint and external data sources.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend 3rd party products that provide extended or enhanced capabilities to the platform.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and the preparation of user manuals and training materials for SharePoint solutions.
  • Assist with communication of major/minor enhancements and bug-fixes and coordination with other support personnel to ensure seamless rollout of new functionality.
  • Other web development related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • General web development experience with HTML (HTML4, HTML5, XHTML), JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, and AJAX.
  • Experience in developing custom farm solutions, sandbox solutions, and apps for SharePoint.
  • Understanding of SharePoint Office 365 architecture.
  • Experience with PowerApps
  • Experience building and supporting all aspects of SharePoint including sites, site collections, master pages & templates, web parts, content types & policies, lists, libraries, workflows, forms authentication, and security groups.
  • Experience evaluating and integrating 3rd party plug-ins with SharePoint.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact confidently with individuals at all levels; must be dedicated to a high degree of customer service with the ability to work well in a team environment.
