Compensation
$80,000 base salary
Uncapped commission plan
Monthly commission tiers with significant upside for top performers
Commission Structure
1 to 3 funded franchises in a month: $1,500 per funded franchise
4 or more funded franchises in a month: $2,500 per funded franchise on every funded franchise sold that month
Additional territories sold: $500 per territory
A franchise is considered funded when the Franchise Agreement is fully executed, and the full initial franchise fee has been received.
Earning Potential
3 funded franchises per month: approximately $141,500 annual earnings
6 funded franchises per month: approximately $275,000 annual earnings
Minimum target after 90 days: 3 funded franchises per month
Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed these earnings levels
Key Responsibilities
Manage qualified franchise candidates through the entire sales process from discovery through funding
Build strong relationships with prospective franchise owners and their advisors
Conduct discovery calls, franchise presentations, webinars, and validation discussions
Educate candidates on the franchise model, investment opportunity, and ownership journey
Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within the CRM

Proven success in franchise development, franchise sales, business development, or consultative sales
Strong ability to build trust, influence decisions, and navigate complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
