We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Logistics Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients in organizing and coordinating travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others create memorable experiences. As a Travel Logistics Specialist, you will work with industry-leading booking platforms and suppliers to support travelers with planning, reservations, and itinerary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
  • Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations
  • Manage booking details and ensure travel arrangements meet client preferences and budgets
  • Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of travel plans, confirmations, and client communications
