In this role, you'll design personalized travel experiences for travel advisors and their clients-ranging from private tours to multi-day group programs around the world. You'll collaborate with global tour operators, craft tailored proposals, and ensure every detail comes together to create seamless travel experiences. What You'll Do

Design & Plan Travel Experiences

  • Create custom itineraries and quotes for travel advisors and their clients
  • Develop tailored proposals for private travelers, leisure groups, and corporate programs
  • Recommend unique activities and experiences to elevate each trip

Coordinate With Global Partners

  • Collaborate with tour operators worldwide to design and deliver custom programs
  • Coordinate schedules, capacity, pricing, and logistics with vendors
  • Maintain and update tour content, operational details, and pricing

Support Advisors & Travelers

  • Provide timely and professional support to travel advisors and group leaders
  • Manage requests ranging from single tours to complex multi-day itineraries

Keep Programs Running Smoothly

  • Track deadlines, penalties, costs, and agreements

What We're Looking For

3-4 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously Highly organized and detail-oriented A team player who can also work independently Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Experience with group programs, custom itineraries, or travel planning Familiarity with booking or reservation platform
