Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Leading Beauty Brand is seeking a Visual Merchandising Operations Project Manager This role leads the planning and execution of retail display programs and in-store experience initiatives across multiple accounts. The Project Manager is accountable for translating marketing strategies into effective fixture, graphic, and merchandising executions that are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact for retail display and merchandising initiatives supporting key accounts. Build and maintain end-to-end project plans covering briefing, design, approvals, production, and installation. Coordinate weekly status touchpoints with vendor partners and internal stakeholders; document decisions, risks, and next steps. Consolidate timelines from multiple stakeholders (sales, marketing, creative, production) into a single, realistic deployment calendar. Track milestones in a project management platform and follow up consistently to keep deliverables on schedule. Flag issues early, propose options, and drive alignment on changes in scope, cost, or timing. Route concepts, artwork, and technical solutions through the appropriate approval chains and capture final sign-offs. Support the development of in-store layouts and product schematics that optimize navigation, storytelling, and space utilization. Translate merchandising and marketing strategies into clear briefs for creative, engineering, and production teams. Review proposed fixture solutions, renderings, and technical drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and budget alignment. Collect feedback from stakeholders and consolidate revisions for external partners. Evaluate prototypes, material samples, and pre-production graphics to confirm quality standards and functional requirements. Review installation guides and other executional documentation; suggest improvements for clarity and efficiency. Collaborate on value-engineering efforts to reduce cost without compromising brand standards or customer experience. Prepare item assortments, configuration lists, and other reference tools to support store updates and launches. Qualifications 5+ years in retail program management, visual merchandising, shopper marketing, or similar roles involving fixtures, POP, or in-store execution. Hands‐on familiarity with production timelines and processes for displays, print, or related physical marketing materials. Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with precision and follow‐through. Comfortable working cross‐functionally with sales, marketing, creative, and external vendors; able to adjust communication style by audience.
